The entire share capital of BAMC is held by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India) Private Limited (the asset management company of Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) and another Goldman Sachs group company, whereas the entire share capital of BTC is held by Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Private Limited (the trustee company of Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) and another Goldman Sachs group company. She has worked in the Management Information and Budgetary Control functions of Reliance Industries prior to joining Franklin Templeton.   Bhalchandra Prabhu ,Vice President - Head Operations Age 41 No. of years of experience 14 Qualification B.Com., BGL Brief Experience Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India) Private Limited (August 2011-till date) Bhalchandra has over 14 years experience. He has worked with custody services of Citibank NA, where he was handling settlement operations for local clients as well as for the Foreign Institutional Investors. Prior to Citibank, he was working with ABN AMRO Bank and was heading operations which consist of Custody, Fund Accounting, Retail depository and RTA (strategic alliance with local registrars). He was appointed as Business Manager for smooth transition of clients, business and operations when ABN AMRO had decided to sell of their custody business to Citibank. Prior to this, he has worked with Deutsche Bank AG where he has gone through various functions of custody like settlement, back office operations, processing of physical shares, bad deliveries and objections within custody department. He has also worked with BSE Clearing House which was managed by BOI Shareholding Ltd. and was handling Institutions department and was responsible for the settlement of shares and money with the custodians. He has been working with Benchmark Asset Management Company Private Limited since April 2006.   Rajdeep Basu , Investor Relations Officer Age 31 No. of years of experience 8 Qualification B.Com (Hons) & Diploma in Marketing Management Brief Experience Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India) Private Limited (August 2011-till date) Rajdeep has over 8 Years of experience in the field of customer service in telecom & financial industry. He has worked with Reliance Money in customer service & branch operations for capital market & third party distribution channel from September 2007 to February 2009, last position held as an Assistant Manager. He has worked with ICICI Bank Ltd as an Officer in Private Banking Relationship Management Team, Mumbai, handling servicing and cross selling for mapped HNI clients from August 2005 to September 2007.
