Risk Factors of investments in Mutual Funds
|

Mutual funds like securities investments are subject to market and other risks and
there can be no assurance that the objectives of any of the schemes of the Fund
will be achieved.

The NAV of units issued under the Schemes can go up or down depending on the factors
and forces affecting capital markets and may also be affected by changes in the
general level of interest rates.

Benchmark protects the confidentiality and security of client information and:
(i) will not sell or rent clients' personal information;
(ii) employees will not discuss the business affairs of any user with any other
employee, except on a strict need-to-know basis.

Under certain circumstances, it may become necessary for Benchmark to disclose the
user's personal information or to adhere to the bona fide requests of the government,
