With effect from 14th July 2011, both Benchmark Asset Management Company Private Limited (BAMC)
and Benchmark Trustee Company Private Limited (BTC) are a part of the Goldman Sachs group. Goldman Sachs is
a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services
worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions,
governments and high-net-worth individuals. Founded in 1869, Goldman Sachs is one of the oldest and largest
investment banking firms. The entire share capital of BAMC is held by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (India)
Private Limited (the asset management company of Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) and another Goldman Sachs group
company, whereas the entire share capital of BTC is held by Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Private Limited
(the trustee company of Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) and another Goldman Sachs group company.

GS Liquid BeES is
a unique liquid fund that is listed and traded on the stock exchange just like a
share.
The investment objective of GS Liquid BeES is to enhance returns and minimize price
risk by investing in a basket of call money, short-term government securities and
money market instruments of short maturities while maintaining safety and liquidity.

GS Liquid BeES is listed and traded on the NSE -Capital Market Segment and is settled
in the Rolling Segment on T+2 basis.

GS Liquid BeES can be settled only in electronic (demat) mode.
|
|
The Face value of each unit of GS Liquid BeES is Rs.1000 and the Fund endeavors
to keep the daily NAV at Rs.1000.

Credit Ratings of AAAmmf(ind) to GS Liquid BeES
|
Fitch Ratings India Pvt. Ltd. has assigned Credit & Volatility Ratings of AAAmmf(ind).
The ‘AAAmmf(ind)’ of the fund reflects its extremely strong capacity to achieve
its investment objective of preserving principal and providing shareholder liquidity
through limiting credit, market and liquidity risk, relative to all other short-term
investments in India.
Fitch India's ratings are opinions on credit quality only and are not recommendations
to buy, hold or sell any securities. The rating of Fitch is not an opinion on AMC's
willingness or ability to make timely payment to investors.
Returns will accrue to the investors in the form of daily dividend, which will be
compulsorily reinvested in the Fund daily. The units arising out of dividend reinvestment
will be credited to the Demat account of the investors once every month. Units of
GS Liquid BeES will be allotted up to 3 decimals.
